Lead Teacher
A Lead Teacher at The Rise School of Corpus Christi is an exemplary educator that possesses a bachelor’s degree (masters preferred) in education, has experience in special education, early childhood education, and/or a related field. Teacher must demonstrate passion, patience, creativity, flexibility and respect. Preschool teaching experience and/or early elementary teaching experience required. Lead Teachers are responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that create a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children, ages 18 months to 6 years, with and without disabilities, have the opportunity to flourish in all domains of development. The Lead Teacher leads and supervises classroom and two Teaching Assistants.

Part - Time Instructional Assistant
A part - time extended care assistant at The Rise School of Corpus Christi is an exemplary educator that possesses a high school diploma, college credit hours in early childhood, an associate degree in related field or CDA. Preference is given to a candidate with experience working with special education, early childhood education, and/or a related field. An extended care assistant must demonstrate passion, patience, creativity, flexibility, and respect. Candidate must be punctual and reliable, work well with others, and be self-motivated. All applicants will be required to complete a background check, meet minimum standards training, and complete CPR/First Aid prior to start date. Part - Time Assistants work M-F 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
